Crystal studied psychology at the University of Phoenix and joined Lake House Academy as a Residential staff and quickly became committed to becoming a stable figure and role model for students. She now has the joy of working not only with students but parents as well.

When not at Lake House, Crystal enjoys spending time with loved ones, gardening, writing poetry, and cuddling up with a good book.
