Bailey earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Valdosta State University. She then furthered her education and graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has worked in a neuro-ICU at a trauma 1 hospital, a post-anesthesia care unit, and most recently as a nurse care manager, where she advocated and managed every aspect of her clients, care.

In her free time, you can find Bailey adventuring outside with her dogs, Birdie and Sunny. She also enjoys playing sports, gardening, reading, and eating Thai food.
